Styling Services Process

  1. Book a one hour complimentary appointment with one of our stylists using the 'Book Your Consultation' button below.
  2. Choose from one of our Signature Styles from the image slideshow provided below to help guide us with your style preference.
  3. We will then prepare and present items to you during your appointment, where we can discuss your vision and help bring it to life!

If you would like to provide photos of existing furniture pieces and the room in which the accessories will be placed, please bring them with you. Alternatively, you can send them over to with your name and appointment date & time as the reference.



More About the Service

This is a complimentary service to assist you with the finer details of your interior selections - best suited for those who need assistance styling shelves, deciding on a custom sofa or finding the perfect cushion combination to compliment the rest of the room, our sales assistants will be more than happy to help.

All items sourced will be from 122 West Merchandise and our special order terms and conditions will apply. Please double check all of the measurements you provide, as we are unable to take responsibility for items that do not fit. Please use our how to measure guide. Installation and delivery services can be provided at an additional cost.

All sales will receive in house loyalty points which equate to store credits which can be used towards future purchases. $0 - $5,000 = 5% credits, $5,000 + =10% credits and lifetime VIP.

Online consultations are available for those that cannot make it into the store, however we cannot guarantee the colour or details of products through imagery as opposed to in person. Please bare this in mind, we will describe items to the best of our ability.

This service does not include on site consultation or drawings so if you require more than three large pieces of furniture to be selected then we would recommend our Full Service Interior Design.
