Sales Associate

About the Role:
We are looking for a part-time candidate to work in our 122 West store in Creekside, Whistler. You will be the face of 122 West and our customers' first point of contact so a positive, bright and bubbly disposition is crucial. You will be a bit of an all-rounder in our small team, helping out wherever required so flexibility is a big asset. 

The Perfect Candidate

• • • • Has retail experience

      • Has experience in customer facing roles

      • Has a passion for decorating and interior design

      • Is driven, detail orientated and self-motivated

      • Has great time-management skills, is punctual and knows how to get on with stuff without being told

      • Has excellent computer skills (Mac and PC)

      • Has experience using the Shopify and/or Lightspeed platforms

Responsibilities:

• • • • Opening and closing the shop mornings and evenings

      • Merchandising the store and ensuring it looks great

      • Cleaning the shop

      • Entering, monitoring and tracking orders

      • Receiving and putting away orders

      • Assisting with deliveries

      • Liaising with suppliers and customers via email and over the phone

      • Working on the website, social media and managing our online platforms
