Our showroom sales associates can assist with smaller updates, including décor, artwork, accessories, and individual furniture selections. For larger projects, the 122 West Design Studio offers a range of services, from curated furniture packages to personalized hourly design consultations.

Our Services

We specialize in furniture-focused design, helping clients furnish and complete their spaces in a cohesive and functional way. Our services include furniture and décor selection, space planning, layout guidance, and finish selections. We do not provide renovation, construction, or project management services.

 Our Process

We begin with an on-site consultation to understand your space, needs, and overall vision. Based on this meeting, we will recommend a plan moving forward. Depending on the scope of your project, this may include hourly design services, a Furniture Package, or a combination of both. Once a direction is confirmed, we proceed accordingly and begin developing your design plan. We coordinate delivery and installation of all furniture sourced through 122 West to ensure the space is fully completed.

Design Services (Hourly)

Hourly design services are ideal for clients who require flexibility or support across multiple aspects of a space. A $1,000 non-refundable design retainer is required to begin hourly design services. This retainer is applied toward design hours. If the project is completed before the retainer is fully used, any remaining balance will be applied toward furniture purchases.

Billable Hours Include:

• Email and phone correspondence

• In-store and on-site meetings

• General project work

• Layout planning and selections

• Coordination of deliveries and installations

• Communication related to furniture and sourcing

• Sourcing of products not stocked by The Company

Rates:

Initial On-Site Consultation: $250

Design Services: $95/hour

Detailed CAD Drawings: $150/hour

Furniture Package

Our Furniture Package is designed for clients looking for a complete, cohesive furnishing plan. You will receive two furniture options per room and one round of revisions following presentation. This package can be used on its own or combined with hourly services if additional support is required.

Cost: $2,250 + tax per room. Custom quotes may be provided for partial rooms or unique requirements.

 

Package Benefits

Clients who purchase a Furniture Package receive 10% off all furniture purchases related to that room and 5% back in store loyalty credit for future
purchases.

 

Preferred Client Pricing

Property management and developer clients receive 15% off furniture and décor sourced through122 West. This applies to current and future purchases and excludes items not sourced through our suppliers.
